The evidence
Mori 2009 — small RCT in older adults with mild cognitive impairment showed improvements on cognitive scales after 16 weeks. Saitsu 2019 also showed cognitive support in middle-aged adults. The evidence base is small but growing; we treat it honestly as emerging.
