In His Own Words

A few years ago, I nearly became a cautionary tale.

I was doing what you would call “the right things.” I’d read the longevity research, followed protocols from people I trusted, and bought top-rated supplements from three reputable brands. I was convinced I was optimising.

Then my bloodwork came back. My calcium was high — not clinically dangerous yet, but trending in a direction that scared me, and scared the doctor looking at it.

We laid out every bottle on the table. Three different products. Each listed a “small” amount of calcium — a few hundred milligrams tucked into a multi-mineral here, more in a D3/K2/Calcium “bone complex” there, another quiet dose hidden in a greens powder. Individually, none of them triggered a warning. Stacked, I was taking well over the safe upper limit. Every day. For months.

That was the moment Centurion began.

The Lesson

Good intentions are not a protocol.

No clinician had the time to audit my supplement cupboard. No brand cared what the others were doing. And I — like most people — trusted the labels because I had no way to hold forty compounds in my head at once.

So I built the thing I wished I’d had. A system that knows every element in your stack. That remembers your bloodwork and your history. That reads the studies so you don’t have to. That tells you, bluntly, when something is drifting the wrong way — and when to stop and show a doctor.

Centurion is for anyone who has ever opened their supplement drawer and realised they have no idea what they are actually taking. Every feature on this site exists because I learned, the hard way, that a cupboard full of good products is not the same thing as a protocol.

Wishing you a long and healthy life.
